Tournament regulations:The tournament will be played following the official rules from the ITF
- Deciding the winner of 2 sets
- Tiebreak (rule 27b ITF) will be played
- During the games are only tennis shoes and tennis clothes allowed
Competitions:
- Ladies singles: 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60
- Men's singles: 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70
- Mixed and doubles in different age-groups
- Every category will be played when there are at least 8 players
The inscriptions for mixed and doubles will be made on Sunday on the location. Consolation for all the single-competitions
Seeding: The seeds will be realised following the ITF and Regional ranking list
Closing date for entries: Thursday 20th October 2011 postdate

Drawing: Friday, 21rst October 2011 08.00 p.m. Club house TC Miramar
Notification: Every player receives for his first game from the organisation, a call or mail about his first game. Afterwards the player's duty is to keep informed about the next game
Starting date: Sunday, 30th of October for everyone (or later if so advised)
Acknowledgement: With the inscription the players acknowledge the conditions and accept the placements and rules from the ITF
